Win back your Time to Thrive

Ian was working long hours in the finance sector. Whilst his career was successful, he had little to no time with his family. That’s why he took the leap and joined Walfinch, seizing this opportunity to Thrive.

Gain control over your life, discover flexibility and make now your Time to Thrive.

Before Walfinch, Ian worked in investment banking for Citi, Deutsche Bank, and other large financial institutions. Whilst he enjoyed this career, he struggled to find time for himself or his three young boys. He was having to choose between work and attending their football matches.

It was at this point, Ian realised he needed to invest in a sustainable business of his own – a business that would allow flexibility. Because whilst now it was school football matches, if he continued on this unsustainable path, he could start to miss bigger life events. This was out of the question for him.

In the video below, Ian shares his journey and how investing in Walfinch has transformed his career and life.

Watch Ian’s journey:

Ian bought his Walfinch franchise in 2021. Since joining Walfinch, he’s won back his time with his family whilst still finding professional satisfaction in his career. Ian has built a fantastic team around him, and is benefiting from the flexibility in his life.

In his spare time, Ian runs marathons to raise money for charities such as the Royal Osteoporosis Society – a passion which requires time and dedication, made more manageable by owning a business.

As things have grown and we’ve been able to invest in infrastructure and people, I’ve got a pretty strong team behind me now… it’s certainly a lot easier and allows me time to do family bits and also focus more on the direction of the business.
