Sonesh’s life prior to Walfinch
Sonesh made the decision to leave his career at a private equity company, dissatisfied with his lack of work-life balance. He explains that his work had no real social purpose and he was working from 7:00am, sometimes, to 9:00pm. By the time the weekends came, he was too exhausted to spend quality time with his family.

He explained: “It’s a big career change from finance but my aspirations go beyond the turbulent, stressed world of the city. Home care is a more rewarding and purposeful use of my skills.”
Even without previous experience in home care, due to the innovative and supportive nature of Walfinch, Sonesh’s business is already thriving – with new expansions on the horizon.
