Gain the power to realise your ambitions

Sonesh joined Walfinch in 2024, arriving at the franchise with clear professional ambitions. From the get-go, Sonesh has received support from Walfinch’s team to strategise and work towards his ambition of owning multiple Walfinch sites in the London area.

Sonesh made the decision to leave his career at a private equity company, dissatisfied with his lack of work-life balance. He explains that his work had no real social purpose and he was working from 7:00am, sometimes, to 9:00pm. By the time the weekends came, he was too exhausted to spend quality time with his family.

After plenty of research, Sonesh made the informed decision to invest in Walfinch. It was integral to him that his chosen franchise understood his personal ambitions. He explained: “It’s a big career change from finance but my aspirations go beyond the turbulent, stressed world of the city. Home care is a more rewarding and purposeful use of my skills.”

Even without previous experience in home care, due to the innovative and supportive nature of Walfinch, Sonesh’s business is already thriving – with new expansions on the horizon.

My background isn’t home care but I think Walfinch has given us a really good footing in it, given a good introduction… It’s a very good support network… we’re part of a bigger team.”
