‘Time to Thrive’ is our guiding principle, not only for our care clients, but also for our Thriving Network of Walfinch franchisees.
Walfinch is revolutionising home care by being the only brand that helps clients to champion an active lifestyle. By joining us, you’ll tap into a growing home care market and embark on a profitable and satisfying business venture of owning a home care franchise. If you’re ready to do more than just survive, Walfinch provides the resources and support to help you to truly thrive.

Walfinch was designed by a former home care franchisee
We understand what it takes to build a successful home care business. Why? Because Walfinch is the only home care franchisor led by a former home care franchisee.
Amrit Dhaliwal founded Walfinch as the care franchisor “[he] wished had existed, back when [he] needed it.” This unique perspective helps you realise your entrepreneurial aspirations, deliver transformative care services to clients, and significantly reduce the risks associated with starting a new business.
We’re hyper-focused on helping your business to grow, gain traction, gain clients and reach that first £1,000,000.
Specially-selected services your Walfinch branch will provide
As a Managing Director of your Walfinch branch, your dedicated team will provide a wide range of essential home care services, including:
Domiciliary Care
Providing flexible visiting care (by the hour) or live-in care in clients’ own homes, maintaining their independence and enabling them to live the life they desire. This may be provided hourly or longer.
Wellness Activity
We have diversified our offering by encouraging clients to participate in physical and social activities, both at home (via our “Wellness With Walfinch” YouTube series) and at our local community Thrive Clubs.
Live-In Care
This is a highly profitable service line and, for clients and their families, it can be a more cost-effective alternative to a traditional care home. It requires a carer to live-in with a client, providing them with consistent support.
Specialist Care
Selected branches can support people with a range of needs, including: companionship, convalescent care, overnight care, appointment support, live-in care, respite care, Alzheimer’s and dementia, cerebral palsy, end of life, learning disability and autism, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, PEG Management, physical injuries, stoma management, stroke rehabilitation, transitional support, and Walfinch Wellness Visits.
Remember, you don’t need previous care experience for your branch to be able to provide a selection of these services. The above may seem like a lot, but even just a diverse handful of these makes Walfinch’s comprehensive offering stand out.
Walfinch is different because we want to promote an active lifestyle… and want to go that extra step beyond just quality care…this is what really attracted me to Walfinch over any other.
