Walfinch franchise training programs
Our comprehensive initial franchisee training takes place in person at our National Support Office in Wantage, Oxfordshire. This intensive 5-day program features hands-on sessions dedicated to: ‘Leadership and Marketing,’ ‘Business Development,’ ‘Finance and Accounting,’ and ‘Compliance and Regulation.’ You’ll meet key members of our team, with ample opportunity to ask questions and engage in valuable practical activities.
We link our franchisees with approved providers to supply them with theory-based training. All home care professionals are trained internally by the franchisees’ teams, in the ‘Walfinch Way’, which has a strong emphasis on quality, safety and promotion of physical activity.
We will provide robust support for training your care management staff, and our Quality and Compliance Manager will supply your Registered Manager with regular workshops and resources. For initial steps, your Franchise Support Manager will assist you with the recruitment of an experienced Registered Manager to oversee your care staff.
